GARAGE CONVERSION - JANUARY 2022

The Job Details

Our customer really wanted a usable space so that they could work from home comfortably.
Our aim was to convert their unused garage into a warm, extra room for them to be able to use.
We removed the old garage door and bricked up the entrance.

Our customer requested that we put in a window for extra light which we've installed.
The new room now has a built in cupboard which neatly hides the gas and electrical services.
The room also features new flooring and walls which have been plastered to a high specification.
Finally, the new room has a modern heating unit and is fitted with spot lighting.  

The build took just over 3 weeks to complete and our customer is over the moon with the transformation.
Their next step now is to paint the walls and carpet the floors and then the room will be complete.

The Review

We could not be more pleased with the work. A full garage conversion completed professionally and with skill & expertise.

A good two way relationship relating to decision and choices as the project progressed and given options and knowledge
in which helped achieve the conversion we pictured.

I would definitely use Boakes Builders again and recommend - the price was right, the relationship was professional and friendly, the finished work looks fabulous and we’re very pleased.
